Baby Passionfruit Pavlova
Everything looks more expensive in miniatures. Facts. I added colour and happiness to the table with these delicious baby pavlovas. I totally cheated my way to dessert perfection filling Woolworths Meringue Nests with whipped cream and fresh passionfruit.
Bon Bon Basket
You can’t have Christmas without bonbons. I prefer not to place them on the table but rather use a beautiful bowl, vase or wine bucket and stack them in an opulent, candy shop manner. CLICK TO BUY: Woolworths Christmas Entertaining Bon Bons 12 pack, $10
Mango Coconut Cocktail
This works well with white spirits but my preference is Gordon’s Gin. Simply blend some Woolworths Frozen Mango segments, with Woolworths 100 Percent Pure Coconut Water and run through a seive. Add 30ml gin, shake over ice and pour.
Simple But Chic.
The best way to save money at Christmas is to use nature and all it’s beauty to dress your table. Look at your garden in a different way and think about what you could spray paint, greenery you can turn into centrepieces, flowers etc. I didn’t buy anything new for the table but I reimagined it completely.
